Mardi Himal Treks are short treks in Nepal’s Annapurna region that follow a forested ridge from Kande to High Camp and end at a high viewpoint beneath Mardi Himal and Machhapuchhre. The trail passes through rhododendron and mountain forest, traditional village settlements and open alpine ridgeline, with views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. The 8 day trek continues to Mardi Himal Base Camp at 4,500 m. The 9 and 10 day treks climb to the Mardi Himal View Point at about 4,200 m.

The 8 day Mardi Himal Trek includes flights between Kathmandu and Pokhara and trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp at around 4,500 m and back to Badal Danda. The 9 day Classic Mardi Himal Trek drives between Kathmandu and Pokhara and climbs to the viewpoint from High Camp, then descends to Low Camp the same day. The 10 day Mardi Himal Trek allows two nights at High Camp, giving you more time to hike to the viewpoint and enjoy the mountain scenery at a relaxed pace.

  You will stand at Mardi Himal Base Camp at 4,500 m on the 8 day trek, or at the Mardi Himal View Point at about 4,200 m on the 9 and 10 day treks for close views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli.
