Why You Will Love This Trip
Spend an Extra Full Day at High Camp (3,580m): Instead of rushing down the same day, you get a full extra day at High Camp. This gives you time to enjoy the high mountain views and surroundings at a relaxed pace before heading back down toward Low Camp and Sidhing.
Visit the Mardi Himal View Point (approximately 4,200m): Early in the morning, you hike up from High Camp along the narrow ridge trail to the Mardi Himal View Point. On a clear day, you can see Machhapuchhre (also called Fishtail), Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli rising close in front of you.
See Changing Mountain Scenery from Kande to High Camp: The trail moves from the forested hillside above Kande and Australian Camp, through the thick rhododendron forest around Forest Camp, into the open alpine terrain of Low Camp and High Camp. The views get more dramatic with every stage of the climb.
Walk Through Quiet Forest Trails Around Forest Camp: Much of the route between Kande, Australian Camp, and Forest Camp passes through peaceful rhododendron and mountain forest. It is quieter and less crowded than busier trails like Annapurna Base Camp or the Annapurna Circuit.
Visit the Traditional Village of Sidhing: On your way back down from High Camp, you pass through Sidhing, a peaceful traditional village at around 1,700m, giving you a glimpse of everyday mountain life away from the busier tourist trails.
Enjoy Both Pokhara and Kathmandu: Your trip includes an evening by Phewa Lake in Pokhara, and time in Kathmandu to visit places such as Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Swayambhunath before you fly home.
Altitude & Activities

From there, the route descends through Low Camp to the village of Sidhing, combining forest trekking, mountain walking, alpine landscapes, and Himalayan sightseeing along the way.
