Although India & Nepal has open border for the citizens of two countries, it is limited to the movements of citizens of two countries. What are the border Points with immigration services between China & Nepal?
There are three border points between China (Tibet) & Nepal at Gyirong - Rasuwagadhi, Tatopani - Zhagmu & Hilsa-Yari. Gyirong - Rashuwagadhi border point is the most near from Kathmandu and use these days. Tatopani - Zhangmu border point is open however it is not in much use after the 2015 spring earthquake. And Hilsa - Yari border point is not practical till date for general arrival and departures as the region on Nepali side is not connected with roads and very limited pre- arranged flights are operating to connect the nearby airport at Humla with STOL Nepalgunj airport in midwestern Nepal.
