The essence of starting the tour in the morning is that Monkey temple will be less crowded in the morning. And also we are likely to see Kumari, the living goddess at Kathmandu. Kumari appears on the window of Kumari temple about 10am in the morning. It is not an official schedule, however practically she appears on the window so that people can pay homage. Photography of Kumari is not allowed when she appears at the temple window. Any special dress is not required to visit these cultural sites. Any casual attire is fine.
